No. The PDS upgrades are for a Processor Direct Slot. You need a Daughtercard
Slot upgrade, and they are not interchangeable.

Most everything (except for 50-pin SCSI HD's and CD-Roms) are incompatible
between the Nubus PowerMacs (61/71/8100) and the PCI based PowerMacs
(72/73/75/76/85/86/95/9600) series. The processors are different, the RAM is
different...etc.
