My service from Velocity has been perfect. They process the orders fast. My only complaint is an order where my credit card was overlimit, they made no effort to contact me and get another card to fulfill the order. However, this was my gain, as I called them, and had already placed an order for the $19.95 RAM, and cancelled the declined cc order for the same chips at $34.99.
