Order placed 9/28 and still haven't received any word that is has been shipped nor response to my emails/phone messages. Checking the account on their website, still no tracking number so I assume it has yet to go out even after telling them I would cancel my order at my credit card company level if need be. I bought from them because my previous experience had been good and fast but never again. This is completely unprofessional behavior.
