Brian,

Are you getting the start-up chime? If not then I would look for a problem
with RAM or SCSI devices. These are two areas that have giving me similar
problems in the past on my 7600. Oh, one other thing. Any change in
processor or PCI card requires a CUDA reset, and the CUDA button must be
held down long enough...20 or 30 seconds I think.
