Well Clark,
I did some research on the net, and actually found a document that 
mentioned a fuse.
I opened it up and pulled the fuse. I'll take the fuse to the local 
electronics store and tell them where it came form, maybe bring the 
whole unit, and see if they can test it out.
 From that point I suppose I should call one of the sites and order a 
new, rebuilt or used one.
Anyone else ever have power supply trouble?
