The part about "environment" sounds like a clue.  It doesn't sound 
like any Mac reference I can think of.  I would review your 
extensions for any thing relevant.

Useless error messages:

An error occurred because an error occurred.

Missing right paranthesis.


Bonus points if you know the whys and wherefores of the last one.
