I just had a CD Rom do that, I created it at work (Ok, I know, on a PeeCee)

But it told me that the CDROM could not be mounted because it could not be
found, and then you click ok, and it ejects it.

Weird.  My 3400 and my 9500 did the same thing, OS9.1.
