Kyle,
I need your advise. I'm pretty sure the power supply is dead in my 8600.
When you hit the start button on the extended keyboard, nothing happens.
I even try the button on the front, and nothing.
I pulled the unit, and opened it up. It had a ceramic fuse which I
changed with the proper glass replacement, and that had no effect.
I brought it to a well known company in NYC called Tekserve, and
they turned out to be a swap shop,
and they had the gall to try and sell me one for $195 which they
didn't even have in stock.
There has got to be a company that refurbishes these Delta power supplies.
I sent them an e-mail...but of course...nothing.
Where should I go next, any thoughts?
