However, neither one lasted very long (the first one about a year or two and the second one less than that). I cleaned the contacts, but that only helped a little for a short time. I gave up on the turbo trackball and bought a Kensington orbit, with same results in months. Problems with the contact. Talked to a Kensington rep at a conference in June and he wasn't even particularly nice, let alone helpful. Two of them stood there shrugging their shoulders saying they've never heard of anyone having a problem before. Am I supposed to expect to replace them that frequently? Any suggestions on cleaning better or repair? Should I try another company's trackball? I'm currently using my mouse (and Wacam tablet for photoshop). I have a glider on my keyboard but can't get used to using it.I really like the trackball better than a mouse.
