Just got my 8500 120 up and running. Found a good PRAM battery in an old
7200/75. I needed it more than it did...

I have all ram in the slots full, also it is paired up, but it is reporting
to me only slots A1-A4 in Apple System Profiler. Why are the B slots not
showing? I should have 3 sets of 8M and 1 pair of 16M. Do I have a bad
bank? Or how do I turn this bank on? My 9500 didn't have any problems with
this RAM.

Total RAM is showing as 40MB, but should be more, unless I have a bunch of
bad DIMMS. I should have 80 MB. Or when I am interleaving does it only
show the A bank, and I really have 8 X 4MB DIMMS and 2 X 8MB?

Where do I get a program to test the ram I have and let me know what is in
what slot other than ASP?

I am on Digest, so if you can PLEASE respond directly, I would appreciate it
greatly.

Thanks!
Thomas Martin
