I formatted the disk with apple disk set-up (I think). My disk warrior deal is
firm; paid- for and downloaded. Didn't know til I read the "read me" file that
I wouldn't be able to approach this drive until I had a way to keep it from
mounting (an extension that only comes with the backordered cd. d'oh!). I have
read nothing but good things about disk warrior on this list so I figured it was
the way to go.
So, if any lister has the "ask before disk mount" extension OR knows of a way to
work around the problem of the disk freezing the system when you try and work on
it, please, please, please help me.
