They may not have *gotten* CDs, at least with Windows. Many OEMs, unfortunately, just put images of the disks since it's cheaper. Go into the Windows directory, look for an "Options" directory, and see if "Cabs" is inside of it. Now, for Office, they *should* have had some sort of disks.... >a burnt copy of them?
