The four DIMMs were tested using TechTool Pro 2, using the "intensive" mode, and tested good in my 8600/300 (Mach5 motherboard, 50 MHz bus). Oh, and as before, the DIMMs were identical to previously purchased Velocity DIMMs, and used the same printed circuit boards as previously purchased OWC DIMMs (except that the Velocity DIMMs have an EPROM ... which is useless on a PowerMac ... and the OWC DIMMs didn't). FWIW, the chips were 50 ns, as were the chips on the previously ordered Velocity DIMMs. Pretty good for $20.95 apiece. And, 18 hours from notification to delivery is astonishing ... and I had selected the "cheapest way", which was estimated to take "at least three business days".
