9.2.2 also provides better and faster performance for apps that use CarbonLib, though I've never tried it on an 8500. What does it? My guess is an optimized kernel, but it's just a guess. Whatever it is, I wish they'd release a 9.1.1 and make only those features available to the "left-behinds".
