You've been misled. A digital copy is exact, no matter what reproduce speed
is used. The quality of the reproduction is dependent on the quality of the
source, not the speed of duplication. A higher duplication speed may result
in a better chance of data drop-out, which would fail the duplication
process, but it cannot reduce the fidelity of the copy.
