As an FYI to the group, upon further testing, I've been able to 
adjust the settings in the MaxPower G3 control panel to eliminate the 
errors during memory testing.   If I either set the backside cache to 
200Mhz (From 250) or set the cache to Write-through (slower) instead 
of Write-back (faster) the memory test errors are no longer reported 
by Guage Pro.   With no errors reported and with a rock solid stable 
system, I'm inclined to leave things as they are.   I've left my 
settings at 250Mhz cache with Write-through enabled.
