Probably, and there's a Mac application that does the same thing -- but your Mac can already tell you. 1. Open Date & Time control panel. 2. Click on Set Time Zone... 3. Choose location you want to know the time of. 4. Read time. 5. Reset your local time zone. 6. Close Date & Time control panel. And you don't even have to be connected to the Internet to do it.
