I had the same problem.. turned out there was this
blank jumper that needed to be on. baffled me really..
& i still dont know what it was.. but no sooner then
that jumper was in place did my 2nd drive pop right up
off a cold boot.. strangely, my 2nd hard drive wasnt
booting b4 hand.. only on a restart would it pop up..
now with that jumper on it plays everytime (sorta)
try the jumpers, & get scsi probe it helps for all
the times it doesnt come on.
