I have purchased 10 128-Meg 168-pin DIMMs for my owm PCI projects over the past few months.
First of all, I got a pair for about $50.00 each on eBay. Then I got four for $25.00 each from Velocity Upgrades , and then four for $30.00 each on the LEM SWAP list . All of the DIMMs were A-OK except one from the eBay seller that were wierd 3.3volt jobbies augmented somehow to work in a 5 volt environment. The seller gleefully replaced it and refunded the postage. Avoid the small DIMMs unless they are free.
