Right now I would recommend Other World Computing 
<http://eshop.macsales.com/> as a good place to check.  I'm not sure 
of their current prices.  They may be a few dollars extra, but they 
are Mac experts and stand behind their sales.   You can also check 
<http://www.ramseeker.com/dimm.shtml> for pricing at a number of 
vendors.
