I can't don't know why your system would slow down with a cache card in your
7500.
I haven't been watching this thred closely.
but when I put a 1M cache card in with my stock601, its speed increased
significantly.
Anyway I now have a G4/400 OS9.1 and no problems.
just my 2�.
