BEING A NEWBIE to MACS Myself, I am disheartened to hear we are limited to ATI chipsets for high performance video cards. I Have a Gforce 4 in my PC side and I gotta tell ya guys, IT ROCKS! and I didnt pay nearly the price that the ATI side is asking! ( 89 dollars on sale(64 megs vid)!!!). Having a 9500 myself ( just got) I was hoping to bring this up to G3 or G4 standards rather cheaply and use Modern USB devices and ATA HArd drives in her. Especially the VIDEO CArd. Are we sure that there are no other good Video Chipsets out there for our supposedly low enders!!!! I have looked at NVIDIA and that doesnt look to be an option. S3 seems to be tucking its tail.....ANY OTHERS???? CHEAPLY?
