While I'm not an apologist for VU (or for any other firm) it certainly 
appears that VU has consistently treated you badly, while they have 
consistently treated me with consistency ... I always receive e-mail 
notification of shipment within 72 hours of order entry (and usually a lot 
less) and I receive the product at my doorstep within 18 hours of receipt of 
such notification.
