     I found an installation guide for the PowerDomain
2930U Mac. It says that the jumper needs to cover both
pins for older Macs (the one-pin default config is for
B&W G3's). This will probably solve your problem. 
     I have installed 2 of these with no problems
at all. The card doesn't actually even need a driver--the
software you get just gives you more control over the
settings.
