PowerMac 9600's have two PCI bus controllers.  They cause problems with
G4 upgrade cards.  All bus controller PCI cards (SCSI, USB, etc.) have
to go on the top three slots and problems are still seen.  XLR8 claims
to have solved the G4 upgrade problems with their Six Slot Edition.
