I agree wholeheartedly. One of the most taxing app's on a processor (IMHO) is Vectorworks (formerly known as MiniCAD). . . . . so much that the file itself can start corrupting even before you render the drawing. To do the complex rendering that I make my G4's do requires a lot of patience, and I have to say my 9600/G3/400 doesn't lag too far behind them. I've always believed that a clean (and well maintained) system is better than a faster one. __C -- Chrys R.
