I've fixed problems like that by both increasing and decreasing cache, so 
just try some other settings ;)

If you're on a DSL/Cable or other broadband connection, it might actually 
be faster to set the cache to 0. It can often redownload it faster than it 
can look it up and then pull it from the cache.
