cool, none of the email addresses i found to whine about this bounce. here's the list:
these all are directly related to dotster and their service provider, the exodus ones are for their "secure" server (which isn't set up right any way): [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] these 2 are for the people who are supposed to care: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] i wish to thank spamcop.net for helping me find some of these addresses. none have bounced in 50 minutes so they are probably all good. i hit all the easily findable dotster addresses, just because one obnoxiousness deserves another (at least to an extent, i wouldn't support a denial of service attack or anything like that) and it frequently helps get the job done (squeaky wheel theory). i urge all list members to complain loudly to all these addresses, and as i mentioned tag it for "highest priority" just to be more obnoxious, and incase they actually use that silly feature. (in my experience the only people who ever use it use "highest priority" for everything, no one tags things as "lowest priority", and it's usually meaningless in any case). ps, please excuse the cross posting, i assume it's ok in this case, dan please note that i didn't hit all the list, you may want to pass this along to the others. -- Philip Stortz, mad scientist at large. -- "I think there is a world market for maybe five computers." --Thomas Watson, chairman of IBM, 1943 -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
