Hello. Lately the stock 24x CD-ROM drive in my 9600/350 has been making a loud screetching noise, like something is vibrating loose inside. It tends to happen when a CD is spinning up to speed, usually stopping soon thereafter but sometimes not. I opened the drive up and everything "looks" fine. Any suggestions as to what this is and how to put an end to it?
