Pardon the cross posts, but this is not a list specific question and I need help ASAP if I am not to twiddle my fingers anent. I sold off all my dipswitches for VGA monitor to Mac. As fate would have it I now have a Mac, vga monitor and dipswitch, but I don't have the handy dandy guide sheet to tell me what combo of switches is most likely. You math majors will instantly recognize the magnitude of the problem. It seems like the combo I most often used with success required four switches down, but beyond that I'm lost.
