Well if you read the fine print, those are 80 pin drives that are converted
to 50 pin which makes me nervous right there.  Someone more knowlegable than
me on this list will tell us I'm sure whether that conversion might affect
the transfer rate of the drive.  Anything that slows down your transfer rate
might affect your audio files.  I have used Atlas 10K drives hooked up to an
Adaptec Ultra160 SCSI card and found them to be flawless.
