You just can't say that. They're designed to do different things. (I know this isn't the simple answer you're looking for, but suffice it to say, despite the vast leaps in power on the desktop, there's a reason IBM still sells mainframes today.) A 360 would run Photoshop badly, but your G4 duallie would last about 3.5 milliseconds running the Department of Motor Vehicles before it grew white-hot and exploded into a bazillion fragments, let alone run it day-in and day-out for 25 years... You're comparing a Ferrari F.40 with a Freightliner Classic XL.
