Yup!   I had an 8 port and a 4 port connected to each other plus I 
had the apple USB keyboard which acts as a hub connected to the other 
port on my 'puter all seemed to work all hunky dory...  Although it 
occationally misbehaved, but vary rarely.    Just make sure ya get a 
'quality' hub,  more than once I've seen major problems with USB when 
a 'cheep' hub was used.
