Have the 8500 running, but have a phenomenon. Every other boot, the screen
stays black and the boot process stops right after the chime. Unplug the
machine and boot again and things are fine. I guess. 8500 with Maxpower
G3/275 384 mgs ram 1 Seagate 2 gig and one Fujitsu 4.3 gig, both mount to
the desktop. tt video card. OS 9.1 Everything seems to work except if I
select restart from the pulldown menu, it stops as described. The power
button on the front will not shut it down, but if I pull the plug and put
it back in, and then boot as normal from the keyboard, all is well. Any
ideas?
