Adobe offers 30 days free support when you have a regeistered product from them, starting from the date of your first call, (not date of registration. See: http://www.adobe.com/support/cfcomp.html Make sure they know you have Acrobat, not Acrobat reader, which does not have this kind of support. It is not a toll-free call, but there should be no charge for the support. I've used this myself, to resolve installation issues with Pagemaker.
