I have a newer tech G3 300 card installed on my 7500. I
checked system profiler before I installed the drivers for the
card and it had a machine speed of 336 Mhz. After I installed
the drivers, the speed was 300 Mhz. What does that mean?

Also a couple of questions about daughter cards.

Are they the only cpu on the board or are they a boost for a
cpu installed on the board?

How can I make my 300 card run faster than 300

What are the switches on the card and how should they be
set?

                                                            Thanks for the help!
