How many switches does the card have? 1 bank of 4 or 2/3 banks?

If it has 1 bank (CPU soldered to the board, which I think is the DT340E
series.), all need to be up. They may be labeled open. This is the off
position.Some cards hahave the On position labels (The 1st and last are
down/on when used with Mach V MBs.)

If it has the 2 or 3 bank (Zif Carrier) let me know . I can scan the settings
page from the manual and send it as a .jpg attachment to an email. Be advised
that they made some for the early G3s as upgrades that require 66 MHZ bus
speeds or faster to work.
