This is the driver I've used. I'm thinking maybe the bios needs to be
flashed? I did this with my SCSI card and got it operational. It was an
Adaptec 2940W, now it has a powerdomain bios. Its been abotu 2 weeks since I
did that, no data corruption.

MGA chip reads: "Powered by MGA 64-bit Graphics MGA - 2164WP - C"
>
>The "2164" is a Millennium II card, the driver should be at:
>Drivers for Matrox Millennium II for PCI Power Mac
>ftp://ftp.matrox.com/pub/mga/previous/english.hqx
>Is this the driver you tried?
>HTH EricB
