Sure, go for QT 6.  I'm using 6 with OS 9.1 and everything's cool.
You'll run into a mess of promptings and hype about QT Pro 6
and if you want (or even need) that. . . it will cost you about $40.
But QT 6 is free.

You'll get dialogue boxes later while you're using 6 re. Pro 6
but just click "leave me alone" :-)
