Once upon a time (back when QT started those annoying popup 'Buy Pro'
windows) it would work to set your Mac ahead in time several years, run
a QT movie, dismiss the popup, and then reset your time. Then they would
go away for however many years you set yours ahead to. Don't know if
that works anymore or not.
