Hi Steve
Open Drive Setup and under Functions Menu select Volume Settings. this
should show the non start up volume. Click on volume and you should see an
option - write protected - and if it is checked, uncheck it. This should
then unlock the disk. Then you must start up from this drive and go thru the
same procedure for the other drive.
