I have a 7300 with 2 different drives [one is a Seagate 
Barracuda-7200rpm] and the speed of the drive doesn't matter.  The speed 
of the computer bus [10mb/s in a 7500 I think]will limit the data 
transfer speed anyway.  What's more important, to me anyway, is that the 
drives be 50 pin drives or you will have to go searching for an adapter.
