Chris: I have the exact same upgrade parts you have in a 7500 running 9.1 I'm very happy with it and have room to grow. The 7600 from the factory is the same machine with a faster processor. With your upgrade, they're the same. Don't forget , you lose the video in with the 7300 and it's a little more hassle to work on with the covers and such.
In my humble opinion, you'll get the same performance and probably the best buy with the 7500.
