My son is getting an iPod for his 18th birthday. He has a 7300 and I'm
not sure if the iPod will work with this mac. Is anyone using an iPod
with a 7300? Apple's requirements state it has to be a Mac with built in
firewire port and OS 9.2.2 or better. Is it possible to make it work
under OS 9.1 and linking the firewire through a PCI card? It would be sad
to get this cool device and not be able to use it.

Thanks,

Andy
