I have one, it is a nice card, supporting dual monitors out of the box. It runs fine with OSX, but it requires OS9.2 to run in classic mode with full acceleration and such, though it works in classic mode just fine. Someone was selling one of these on the LEM swap list for $90, and I"ve seen them for $110 here and there on the web, though I cannot remember where right now.
