Oh thanks! You reminded me how I solved the problem. No matter what, I always have several partitions (which at least two have System Folders) preferably different OS versions as well, that's how I fixed it! :-D
Dunno why but I noticed this error never happened in earlier OS version than 8.1, and 8.0 had this annoying bug that some windows wouldn't scroll down no matter what!
