Choose "Edit Bookmarks"  and if Command P doesn't work, take a snap shot of
the screen (command+shift+3) and open it in any other program to print it,
maybe SimpleText.  (Screenshot will show up in the active System drive with a
name such as "Picture 1").  I've learned to print just about everything like
that. :)
