My 20" Apple Multiple Scan 20 Color Display malfunctions with my 9600, which has a TwinTurbo video card (don't ask me what version). I have to boot the 9600 TWICE before the monitor turns on; if i boot once the monitor switches itself off again before the screen lights.
I tried the monitor today on my 8500, and it appears to start up fine on this Mac.
