I use MacSSH a lot and I've found that, and maybe its just coincidence, both my
7300 and 9600 will suddenly lock up and freeze all the way down to the firmware (the
pointer won't even move).

Since its happening on both machines, I'm a bit suspect of MACSSH .. but since I
use that so often I'm beginning to think it might just be a coincidence.

Both machines do have the new Sonnet G4 update .. Sonnet told me to update my
disk drivers .. but I had already done that.

I've increased the memory that MacSSH needs and I've just been very careful about
using one session at a time .. it seems very easy to repeat the freeze by running
three MacSSH sessions. Also, I've got a habit of using MacSSH first and then
openning up internet explorer .. that almost always spells disaster ..

Another item I have in the machines are the MacWireless 802.11 adapter ..

Oddly enough, I can keep the machine up the longest by doing something else that
isn't involving the network .. (protools, appleworks) ..
