i've got one of those, and from what i can tell, you need a crossover cable only 
because the stupid switch boxes are setup as crossovers.  i'd try it with normal 
cables and see if it works.  if not, you can actually use just one cross over cable, 
use a crossover to the modem and straight cable to the computer, then you don't have 
to make as many.  if you need to make one contact me off list and i'll look up the 
silly pinout, it's just not handy right now.
